This is a product role that requires a deep understanding of reconciliation processes in a fintech environment and a strong ability to scale and automate financial operations. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to shape the future of our reconciliation tools and processes. Your expertise will ensure that our reconciliation workflows are accurate, efficient, and built for growth, allowing Mercury to deliver exceptional financial products with confidence.

Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
