Responsibilities:

  • You will assist in achieving top-line goals (netsales) by providing administrative and operational support. This includes preparing reports, tracking sales performance, and helping develop sales strategies.
  • You will collect and analyze market data and trade information to provide valuable insights to your supervisor. This involves conducting market research, compiling data, and presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • You will act as a liaison between distribution partners and the sales field team, ensuring their needs and concerns are communicated effectively. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  • You will support the implementation of sales processes and strategies within the distribution partner sector. This includes monitoring the execution of sales plans, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements.
  • You will contribute to the organization and management of the distribution partner team, both internally and in the market. This involves coordinating team activities, managing schedules, and ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial work experience in a sales environment, ideally in distribution.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and preparation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
