Sitting in the Sales within Mural’s Revenue Org, the Clients Services Team works closely with a wide range of Sales and Success Stakeholders: Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services Delivery Consultants. Working with our Account Teams we bring customer relevant solutions to our sales process across discovery, demos, thought leadership, services scoping, coaching and facilitation. We are a dedicated team focused on growing Mural and LUMA services revenue.
You'll be a critical bridge between our sales team and our clients, showcasing the power of our LUMA and Consulting services. You'll work with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementations. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full potential of Mural's offerings. This role requires strong collaboration with Account Managers, ensuring a unified approach to client engagement and success. This is a quota-carrying role, where you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets related to our LUMA and Consulting services.
Lead Client Discovery and Solution Design: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand client challenges and objectives. Design and deliver compelling, use-case-specific demos that showcase the value of Mural's LUMA and Consulting services.
Pipeline Generation and Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic engagement. Contribute to pipeline growth by actively seeking out and qualifying potential clients.
Drive Pilot Programs and Scoping: Plan and execute successful pilot programs, working closely with clients to demonstrate the impact of our solutions. Lead the scoping process for paid opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project scope, cost, and staffing.
Develop Proposals and Drive Contracting: Craft persuasive proposals and drive the contracting process, including pricing and service descriptions, in partnership with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Professional Services Delivery Consultants.
Act as a Trusted SME and Thought Leader: Serve as a subject matter expert in client conversations, building credibility and fostering deeper relationships. Deliver thought leadership and coaching sessions to expand Mural's reach and influence.
Ensure Seamless Implementation and Identify Expansion Opportunities: Act as the pre-sales point of contact for Professional Services opportunities, ensuring smooth project kickoffs and identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. Drive the Professional Services agenda in QBRs, account planning, and ESRs.
Proven Pre-Sales Consulting Experience: A strong track record in pre-sales consulting, preferably in a SaaS or consulting services environment, with experience in conducting discovery sessions, delivering demos, and scoping projects.
Expertise in Design Thinking and Facilitation: Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and facilitation techniques, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Strong Business Acumen and Proposal Development Skills: Ability to develop compelling proposals, drive pricing discussions, and manage the contracting process effectively.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Collaborative and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Salesforce Proficiency and Pipeline Management: Experience with Salesforce, including accurate pipeline and opportunity capture, and maintaining data hygiene.
Strategic Thinking and Opportunity Identification: Ability to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and drive the Professional Services agenda in strategic account reviews.
The base salary + variable pay for this role ranges from $176,000- $201,142 + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
