Job Summary:
As a CRM Software Engineer, you will be responsible for application development, application configuration, development activities based on ADO defined Epics and Features. Hands on development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and on-premise environments. Design, configure and/or develop Dynamics 365 customizations as required including integration of disparate systems using Azure Cloud, ADF Power Automate. Develop web services using standard communication or messaging protocols Create and execute automated testing scripts in Dynamics 365 Production support of Dynamics365
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Focus on following activities: * Installing and deploying CRM Organizations * Customizing and creating CRM entities * Build custom apps via low-code (Power Apps) or code development with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# * Implement business workflows (via Power automate) and processes leveraging CRM SDK or plugins. * Perform code reviews and commits and drive continuous integration/deployment of code across environments including creating deployable packages, scripting to drive DevOps process from the development environment till production, might have to create useful utilities using scripting. Day-to-day management of open issues * Interface with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, QA to aid in testing, identify and correct issues in new and pre-existing solutions. * Troubleshoot applications issues and track any discovered defects back to their source and provide resolution. Coordinate with partner teams to enhance business process or workflows * Take part in requirements gathering, connecting with stakeholders to understand their needs and receive feedback during UAT, demo phases and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that these solutions and workflows meet their needs. * Ensure Business Continuity, High Availability, and application being performant. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related field. Required or Other Education An additional 4+ years of professional work experience is acceptable in lieu of formal degree. Required

    Required Minimum Experience:
    Minimum 3 years building solutions in Dynamics 365 including workflows, configurations, third party apps, etc. Required and Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Development Tools (e. g. Visual Studio), Troubleshooting, Application Configuration Management, PowerApps, Power Automate Required and Minimum 3 years experience with managing and maintaining one or more of the following Microsoft Dynamics 365 Capabilities Marketing, Customer Insights, Customer Service Enterprise across multiple environments (Sandbox through production) Required and Experience with Azure DevOps Services Required and Competency with web technologies including REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and OData Required and Experience with creating and executing automated testing in Dynamics 365 Required and Experience in clinical data and CRM systems Preferred and Experience with DataWarehouse and DataLake Preferred
    Required Minimum Skills:
    Working knowledge of one or more Cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Databases both SQL and No-SQL Understanding of Microsoft Azure FHIR Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Security Proficiency in SQL/MS SQL, and ability to create ad hoc SQL queries and script Proficiency with multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, .Net, Python)
