What You’ll Contribute

  • Help our clients and partners manage their financial crime risk and compliance adherence through your expertise, skills, and knowledge of the regulations, threat assessment, and exposure evaluation.
  • As a financial crime and compliance presales expert, you will help assist the sales team in developing and nurturing client relationship.
  • Provide FICO Platform capability demonstrations, complete RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
  • A trusted advisor who consultative sells and demonstrates how FICO Platform and Capabilities solve financial crime problems and how FICO solutions benefit their organizations.
  • Support the smooth transition from identifying the client needs, requirements, sales process, and transition to realization by leading workshops.
  • Building business cases, calculating the business value, and return on investment analysis.

What We’re Seeking

  • The individual has a proven track record and success delivering financial crimes and compliance solutions for the Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Insurance Industries.
  • The specialist will have a focus on Financial Crime (Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Fraud) and Compliance Management (KYC, Governance, and Global Regulatory Risk).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills where the individual can articulate the value language of business and technology.
  • Expert understanding of the financial crime and compliance addressable market, market need, and makeup.
  • Experience in AML and Business Intelligence: AML Model Validations and Governance.
  • Understanding the evaluation, model tuning, and optimization approaches or methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of the Fraud Protection and Compliance Lifecycle where the individual can demonstrate knowledge in: Business Requirements for an AML, KYC, or OFAC Systems. Functional Requirements for an AML or OFAC System. AML Software implementations, conversions, and upgrades. AML Voluntary Transaction Review or Look-Back Services. Experience in Detection, Objection Handling, Investigation, Compliance Submission, and Analytics.
  • Certification is a plus (CAMS, AML Specialist Certification, CAML).
  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites 40%+.
