Position Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients and acquiring new ones. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position involves understanding complex security needs, translating them into tailored solutions, and managing significant sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Client Management: 
  1. Maintain, expand, and nurture relationships with clients and organizations to broaden connections and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, issues, and concerns effectively.
  • Business Development:
  1. Initiate brand awareness strategies to increase client knowledge of all cyber security offerings within new and existing accounts.
  2. Generate leads through various channels including networking, industry events, digital marketing, and direct outreach.
  3. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and market fit.
  4. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets or expand within existing ones.
  • Partner Engagement: 
  1. Maintain, expand, and nurture relationships with partners to broaden connections and align co-selling efforts.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for partner sellers, understanding their needs, issues, and concerns and managing the long-term relationships effectively.

You have:

  • Education: 
  1. Training, certifications, and degrees showing continuous learning and a growth mindset.
  • Experience: 
  1. 3 or more years in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology or Cyber Security.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

 

  • Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of cyber security and the associated business challenges or willingness to learn rapidly; understanding frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0 and foundational security tools are highly beneficial.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Proficient in CRM software.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively about technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
