As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of email, taking ownership of the Spark for Teams approach to email collaboration.

What you’ll do:

Define, design, and continuously improve the email and collaboration experience across multiple platforms, primarily focusing on b2b teams.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product design decisions by yourself and with the help of user research.
Design top-quality prototypes, user flows, and interface solutions while addressing customer needs through a customer-centered and data-driven approach.
Drive product design initiatives that have a direct impact on product strategy and business metrics.
Own the design process from concept to launch, driving experiments and product hypotheses that directly impact business metrics.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and seamless user experiences across platforms.
Collaborate with partners in product, engineering, product marketing, and analytics to create and implement product design solutions.
Contribute to an impact-driven design culture focused on continuous learning and growth. Play an active role in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and enjoyable working environment.

About you:

5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions.
Email, calendar and productivity obsession — it’s easier to make customers happy when you’re on their side of the road.
Strong problem-solving skills and product thinking, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to tackle complex and ambiguous design challenges.
A strong blend of UI mastery and deep UX expertise, with experience driving design efforts from concept to execution and ensuring seamless, user-centered solutions.
Passion for growth design and continuously testing, iterating, and optimizing to enhance user experience and drive business impact. Experience with A/B tests and experiments, leveraging data to refine designs and optimize user engagement.
Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, advocate for new ideas, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and teams.
A driven self-starter, comfortable taking ownership of design streams, leading strategic initiatives, and influencing product direction.
