Currently, we have a Data Entry Credentialing Specialist opportunity with a leading healthcare staffing organization. Your specific duties will include:
  • Entering and updating provider credentialing information in the system with accuracy.
  • Verifying licensure, certifications, education, and work history for healthcare providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
  • Tracking credentialing and re-credentialing deadlines, ensuring timely submission of documents.
  • Communicating with providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies to obtain required documentation.
  • Assisting in audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Generating reports related to credentialing status and compliance.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive provider information.
Specific qualifications for the position include
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or data entry preferred.
  • Familiarity with credentialing databases and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies.
Pay Rate Range:  $22.00- $24.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
