Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location:
Remote (Arizona Time)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Arizona Time)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting accounting processes. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with U.S. accounting principles. The ideal candidate will take ownership of accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, and reconciliation while maintaining close communication and coordination with team management to ensure financial clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on past-due invoices.
  • Execute payments and expense recognition.
  • Reconcile bank and financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the CPA firm for compliance and tax-related matters.
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting with management.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure accurate reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles.
  • Experience with billing, AR management, and reconciliation.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in financial reporting and coordination with team management.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.
  • Familiarity with Ramp (corporate credit card platform).
  • Prior experience working remotely in a U.S.-focused accounting role.
