The candidate for Barracuda's New Customer Acquisition (NCA) Account Executive is responsible for identifying and acquiring new Small & Medium Enterprise accounts across defined sales territories. This role focuses on leveraging consultative selling techniques to uncover business challenges and present tailored solutions, ultimately driving new customer acquisition and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will be proactive in building relationships, facilitating effective communication regarding customer needs, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving new business growth through strategic customer engagement. The selected candidate will either Remote in Tennessee or Missouri.
What you’ll be working on
Establish and nurture relationships with clients within designated sales territories, consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Co-sell with channel partner sales representatives to expand market reach and drive adoption of Barracuda products and solutions within their customer base.
Work alongside Business Development and Marketing teams on strategies to drive new prospect meetings and opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales demonstrations and presentations alongside our Solutions Architects that effectively showcase the Barracuda Networks portfolio.
Focus on multi-threading within strategic accounts to reach decision makers and build relationships alongside sales management to win new logos.
Support the creation of clear goals and accurate forecasting by developing detailed territory plans for new customer acquisition.
Meet sales objectives while contributing to the development of go-to-market strategies for increasing new logo additions.
Employ a consultative approach to educate channel partners and end-users, providing timely follow-up, closure, and tracking of all identified opportunities.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
