The ideal Resource Allocation Analyst maintains clear and accurate data in Salesforce and OpenAir, in coordination with other members of the bookings team. Also has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues within company systems.
As a Resource Allocation Analyst, you will manage bookings and assignments for all consultants within your assigned area in OpenAir, according to governance and guidelines for billable projects. You will work closely with other members of the Supply and Demand team. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Salesforce to OpenAir process flow, including Opportunity Stage and bookings governance.
You'll be responsible of validating proper project migration from Salesforce to OpenAir (automated) based on defined Opportunity Stage, creating appropriate project tasks within OpenAir and assigning generic roles to tasks in the platform, assisting with establishing a centralized and shared bookings team across Valtech Americas Super Region and performing regular audits and resolve any booking-related discrepancies within OpenAir.
It's crucial to coordinate with the Supply & Demand team to update and maintain data, monitor reporting and KPIs in PowerBI and identify and resolve problems in operational processes in a timely manner, while you are working directly with consultants to provide direction and guidance in resolving bookings-related issue.
