After Market Sales Representative

This is a remote position.

AFTER MARKET SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our client is a specialist for intelligent drive technology and systems. Their customers are in diverse industries such as oil and gas, energy, mining, ship technology, rail and commercial vehicles. They are looking to employ on a full time permanent basis an experienced After Market Sales Representative. This role is home based, the successful candidate will be required to travel to our clients office in Croydon as well as client visits throughout the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate must have a proven strong technical and commercial experience / knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector in the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on the bus market.

Drug and Alcohol related medical for all New Employees upon starting.

After Market Sales Representative – Offer

·         £55k to £70k depending on experience, vehicle allowance is built into the salary range

·         Hours are 36.5 per week, Mon-Thurs 08:30 to 16:30 and Fri 08:30 to 15:30

After Market Sales Representative – Responsibilities

·         Drive parts and service sales to the bus sector

·         Support and maintain relationships with OEM’s and bus operators

·         Plan and prioritise regular customer visits

·         Prepare quotations for clients

·         Ensure compliance to the Companies risk management procedures

·         Assist with New Business Sales development

·         Document all business activity

After Market Sales Representative – Requirments

·         Have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience in a similar role

·         A Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or business-related discipline

·         Customer facing experience together with negotiation skills is essential

·         Comfortable building customer relationships with sound industry knowledge
