Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager – Affiliate Partnerships to expand our network of direct advertisers in key sectors such as gaming, financial services, fintech, education, and home improvement services. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of engaging with direct advertisers. This role will focus on building and growing global affiliate programs, driving revenue, and fostering long-term relationships with advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and onboard new direct advertisers across sectors like gaming, financial services, fintech, education, and home improvement services, targeting global markets.
Affiliate Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow affiliate partnerships, focusing on performance marketing models such as CPI (Cost Per Install), CPD (Cost Per Download), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and CPC (Cost Per Click), CPD(Cost Per Deposit).
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with direct advertisers, affiliate networks, and publishers to ensure successful long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on market trends in gaming, fintech, education, and related industries, identifying new opportunities for affiliate growth.
Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations with advertisers, securing favourable terms and ensuring a sustainable and profitable partnership model.
Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and optimize the performance of affiliate campaigns, ensuring that the KPIs of advertisers are met.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets by closing new deals and upselling existing clients.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or affiliate marketing, with experience working directly with advertisers in industries such as gaming, financial services, fintech, education, and home improvement services.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing models including CPI, CPD, CPL, CPA, and CPC.
Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close sales deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and affiliate tracking platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
