We are seeking a highly skilled and technically savvy Product Manager –Platform & Core Services to lead the evolution of our foundational technology services. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of our platform and core service offerings, ensuring they provide scalability, reliability, and seamless integration across our ecosystem. You will manage a Product Owner and collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and other product teams to enable world-class developer experiences and robust service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define & Execute Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for platform capabilities, core services, and APIs, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
• Manage & Mentor: Lead and support a Product Owner, ensuring clarity in execution and fostering professional growth.
• Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering teams to make key architectural decisions and ensure technical excellence in platform development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, security, and other product teams to ensure smooth integration of core services.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure platform services are built for scale, reliability, and security, providing a strong foundation for all product teams.
• Developer Enablement: Drive initiatives that enhance the developer experience, including API usability, documentation, and self-service capabilities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage metrics, analytics, and user feedback to make informed product decisions and continuously optimize platform offerings.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to influence platform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing or mentoring product owners, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive long-term platform vision.
• Execution Excellence: Proven ability to deliver complex platform initiatives in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Communication & Influence: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive solutions effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Kubernetes, serverless computing, and distributed systems.
• Background in software engineering or a technical degree.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and data platforms.
