Job Requirements:

  • Sales Coordination Experience: Minimum 2.55 years of experience in a sales coordinator or lead management role, preferably within the moving, transportation, or logistics industry. 
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to work with numbers, generate reports, and analyze metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with SmartMoving CRM or similar platforms to manage lead tracking and sales data. 
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication abilities to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams. 
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking leads, creating reports, and identifying areas for process improvement. 
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions to optimize the sales process and improve team performance.

Core responsibilities:

  • Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze the performance of the sales team, focusing on key metrics like lead volume, conversion rates, and client retention to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Generate Daily Reports: Create detailed reports on inbound leads, follow-up schedules, and sales metrics each morning, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Oversee Lead Management: Ensure all inbound leads are addressed promptly, monitor delayed responses, and identify sources of inefficiencies in lead handling. 
  • Support Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, address reasons for lost leads, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. 
  • Ensure Follow-Up Execution: Monitor and confirm that all follow-ups are scheduled and completed, maintaining consistency in client engagement and lead nurturing. 
  • Work with Data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, provide recommendations, and help optimize the sales process to align with business objectives.
