A minimum of 2.5 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in a sales or business development role. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Persuasive negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools for managing leads, opportunities, and pipelines. Industry knowledge and experience in relevant sectors such as technology, software, or professional services are advantageous.

Core responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients in real estate markets. Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking. Qualify and prioritize leads based on criteria like budget and property needs. Assess clients' real estate challenges, goals, and requirements. Present tailored property solutions. Work with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations. Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
