Job Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years Expertise in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives. 
  • Create and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in voice and style across platforms. 
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content. 
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Monitor conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement. 
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions). 
  • Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Perform administrative duties related as needed (Help generate leads of potential customers, research, copywriting, answer emails etc).
  • Establish and maintain procedures and automation systems to optimize workflow and efficiency.
