About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition and HR efforts. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and HR operations. You will work closely with our HR and Talent Acquisition teams to help attract top talent, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. 

About the day to day

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles, with a focus on technical and business positions.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts, including social media outreach and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including documentation and internal communication.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for talent acquisition, HR, and company culture.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.

Stipend: Rs. 50,000/month

Duration: Minimum 6 months
