Position: HR Recruitment Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Recruitment Intern to join our team and assist in hiring top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team and gain insights into the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates from various job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Assist in posting job openings on different platforms.
- Communicate with candidates and provide updates on their hiring status.
- Support other HR functions as required.
Requirements:
- Freshers with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
