  • Own the Enterprise Market – Drive new business and expand existing accounts across India's top enterprises in BFSI, IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, and other high-growth industries.
  • Close High-Value Deals – Lead and execute strategic, consultative sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation, to sealing the deal with CXOs and IT decision-makers.
  • Sell a Cutting-Edge DevOps & SaaS Platform – Position our powerful DevOps and Cloud-native SaaS solutions as mission-critical to enterprise transformation.
  • Be a Thought Leader – Guide enterprise customers on best practices for DevOps, CI/CD, cloud automation, security, and modern software development at scale.
  • Drive Hypergrowth – Smash revenue targets, forecast pipeline accurately, and create winning sales strategies.
  • Collaborate Like a Pro – Work with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to craft winning account strategies and GTM motions.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing high-value deals ($500K - $2M+) in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Enterprise IT needs.
  • Hunter mentality – You know how to prospect, penetrate new logos, and build long-term relationships.
  • Proven success in engaging with CXOs, VPs, and Tech Leaders to drive high-impact digital transformation conversations.
  • Quota-crusher mindset – You thrive in high-energy, fast-moving sales environments and consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises in India (BFSI, IT/ITES, Telecom, etc.) and navigating complex procurement processes.
