Role Overview

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist (PPC) based in Turkey to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies that focus on maximizing ROI and driving conversions. You will be responsible for managing substantial advertising budgets, conducting in-depth data analysis, and working closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to ensure a unified and impactful marketing approach. If you are experienced in performance marketing and passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement robust performance marketing strategies with a focus on maximizing ROI and enhancing conversion rates across various digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize significant monthly advertising budgets to ensure exceptional financial efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
• Perform thorough data analysis to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports that inform strategic adjustments.
• Work closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to align marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and successful approach that drives client results.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in running performance marketing campaigns, particularly with Google Ads.
• Proven track record in managing substantial monthly ad budgets, demonstrating an ability to deliver high-impact results.
• Strong English (C1-C2 level English proficiency preferred) communication and reporting skills, with the capability to clearly present complex data and insights.
• Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and experience with Programmatic ads.
