We are seeking a Creative Designer with strong expertise in PowerPoint design and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, the ability to create compelling presentations, and experience in designing marketing materials that drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration, Service Catalog Management).
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP, SSO-SAML, and web technologies (XML, AJAX, HTTP).
- Develop and debug scripts (Business Rules, ACLs, Scripted Web Services) and UI components (AngularJS/Jelly, UI Pages, CSS).
- Collaborate on ITIL-aligned workflows and system optimizations.
- Manage database/instance connections, Transformation Maps, and Schedulers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Mid-Senior level).
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS (Jelly), SQL, HTML, CSS, and database integration.
- Expertise in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Asset, Configuration Management).
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, firewalls, protocols, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Strong skills in ACL debugging, Scripted Web Services, and ServiceNow architecture (UI Pages, Content Pages).
Desired
- Experience with SSO-SAML setup and ITSM-to-application integrations.
- Knowledge of Transformation Maps, Schedulers, and cross-instance/database connectivity.
