Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Director to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader in our client's growing organization. The ideal candidate can seamlessly adapt to a variety of tasks, from building automations and managing tools to executing high-level strategy provided by the ownership team. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, exhibits technical proficiency, and excels in operational execution to drive marketing efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with ownership to translate high-level strategies into actionable marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Automation and Tools Management: Develop and implement marketing automations using tools like Instantly, CRM systems, AI content generation and other workflow platforms to optimize efficiency.
  • Content Production: Clip, edit, and produce audio or video content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality and brand consistency.
  • Website Management: Write blog articles, create and update pages in Wordpress.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels to increase engagement and drive revenue.
  • Operational Oversight: Take ownership of operational aspects of marketing projects, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and improve ROI.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and other departments to support company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on operational execution.
  • Prior experience maintaining some or all of the following: corporate blog/articles, email mailing list, corporate podcast/vodcast.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Instantly.ai, CRM systems, automation tools, AI tools, and content editing software.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and implement new tools and processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $2500 - $3000
Schedule: EST
