Job description

We are a dynamic and results-driven recruiting company dedicated to connecting top talent with the right employers. We are looking for a highly motivated Client Acquisition & Account Manager to help grow our business by securing new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Identify, reach out to, and engage with potential clients to offer our recruitment services.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Recruitment Coordination
  • Facilitate final interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure they fully understand client requirements.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes by aligning client expectations with recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, account management, or recruitment.
  • Extremely high agency – must be a self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done without being asked.
  • Highly competitive mindset – driven to exceed targets and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between different teams.
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus.
