Bookkeeping & Cold Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to handle a combination of basic accounting/bookkeeping duties and cold outreach efforts in the precast concrete industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As part of a growing business, this role will help offload essential accounting tasks and increase outreach efforts to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Enter supplier invoices and credit card charges into QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Reconcile company checking accounts.
• Manage and track receipts on the company server, mapping them in QuickBooks.
• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Follow up on past-due invoices, with a polite and professional approach to customers.
• Learn and adapt to accounting processes, with initial training provided.
• Maintain accurate financial records to ensure smooth operations.

Cold Outreach & Sales Support:

• Conduct cold outreach to potential customers in the precast concrete industry across North America (U.S., Canada, and Mexico).
• Reach out to previous customers (particularly those who purchased 5+ years ago) to follow up and maintain relationships.
• Conduct polite follow-up emails and calls to keep the company’s services top of mind for past clients.
• Work alongside the owner to develop a strategy for re-engaging past customers and increasing future orders.
• Conduct basic market research and find new leads for potential business expansion (e.g., fiberglass companies).
• Assist with email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Additional Tasks:

• Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support the business.
• Be proactive in identifying areas where additional support or outreach can be beneficial.

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or similar accounting software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and care.
• Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal outreach.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similarbackground is a plus.
• Comfortable with cold outreach.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the client's discretion. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1200 / month
