Job description

Exec is seeking experienced Leadership Coaches to join our team. As a Leadership Coach at Exec, you will have the opportunity to directly work with our corporate clients, helping them to accelerate their career growth and reach their potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1-on-1 coaching to clients, to help them build leadership skills, enhance team performance, communicate more effectively, manage conflict, and more
  • Work with clients to develop personalized development plans and track progress over time
  • Maintain regular and timely communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and objectives are achieved
  • Utilize Exec's technology and platform capabilities to engage with clients and deliver high-quality coaching sessions
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, helping them to achieve their leadership goals and drive exceptional performance

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Coaching certification from an ICF or CCE accredited organization and 10+ years of work experience. In lieu of a certification, we accept an MBA and 20+ years of senior management experience.
  • Bonus: 100+ hours of leadership coaching time in the last 2 years
  • College degree, with a bonus for degrees in Psychology, Counseling or Management
  • Bonus: Masters or extra certification or training related to leadership coaching
  • At least 10+ years total work experience. Bonus experience in HR, talent development, internal executive coaching, communication coaching, consulting, organizational development and leadership, or executive-level title
  • A passion for coaching new managers, high-performers, and existing managers from manager to VP-level of an organization.
  • Leadership coaching skills include: team performance management, communication strategies, conflict management strategies, leadership development, prioritization and goal setting, personal accountability and stress management, etc.
  • Bonus: Currently active in a professional coaching organization or equivalent
