Job description

The role:

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator with a strong digital & offline marketing background to help us with our growth in Australia & New Zealand and our expansion into USA and Canada.

Currently the team consists of a marketing manager, 2 content specialists and a paid search/social specialist, plus a number of freelancers including a designer, developer and virtual assistant.

With the team, product lines and geographical targets expanding, we are in need of someone to help bring all activity together and keep things on track.  That’s where this role comes in.

Key parts to the role will include:

  • Creating campaign plans to tie activity together across digital, events and offline media.
  • Being the point person for campaign activity across offline media (DMs. events, print) ensuring project plans are created, quotes and campaign activity are completed on time, everytime
  • Briefing creative to our freelance designer
  • Supporting the Marketing manager on overall marketing timelines and keeping the team on track
  • Support the Content Specialists on projects as required

Essential Skills / qualifications:

  • Fluent level English
  • 2+ years experience running marketing campaigns with project management being central to those roles.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and get involved in lots of different projects and marketing channels
  • An eye for design, you can manage designers and keep consistency across our site.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Marketing university degree or equivalent
  • Understanding/experience of the logistics sector / SaaS businesses
  • Basic Wordpress knowledge.
