The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and experience with IT, software development, or digital transformation projects. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. You will oversee the successful delivery of projects while maintaining focus on quality, efficiency, and business goals.

Requirements

○       5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.

○       Proven track record of managing projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

○       Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

○       Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

○       Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive collaboration and ensure successful project outcomes.

○       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving technology environments.

○       Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business terms.

○       Six Sigma or PMP Certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in process improvement and project management best practices.
