Senior Learning Experience Architect & Program Lead

The Senior Learning Experience Architect & Program Lead will drive the development and delivery of innovative training programs. In this role, you will leverage your advanced instructional design expertise and project management skills to create impactful learning experiences.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

●       Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

●       5-7 years of hands-on instructional design experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.

●       Advanced proficiency in Articulate RISE and Articulate Storyline.

●       Proven track record of developing successful training programs in a project-driven L&D environment.

●       Expertise with major eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).

●       Extensive experience managing Learning Management Systems.

●       Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

●       Advanced multimedia development skills.

●       Experience with learning experience platforms (LXP).

●       Expertise in video production and editing.

●       Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards.

●       Data analytics capabilities to measure and enhance learning outcomes.

●       Familiarity with UX/UI design principles to optimize learner engagement.
