Job description

MedVA is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team, focusing on attracting, assessing, and placing top talent within the healthcare sector. This role involves developing relationships with candidates across various healthcare roles, including Medical Virtual Assistants, and understanding their skills and qualifications to match them with our clients’ needs.

Your expertise in the healthcare industry will be essential in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates and ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for healthcare positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates by using various recruiting strategies, including networking, social media, and job fairs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for various healthcare roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruiting efforts accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
