Job description

Salary: P40,000 - 60,000 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule:  Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience on a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in human resource management systems
  • Experience working with different internal departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Paylocity software experience

What will you do?

  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to both HR and Accounting teams.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Process HR-related documentation and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys).
  • Communicate with public services when needed.
  • Track, renew, and maintain records of business licenses.
  • Coordinate with state and local agencies on licensing matters.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR and finance leadership.
  • Manage external correspondence related to payroll, compliance, and other HR tasks
