Job description

Salary: P300 - P320 per hour

Schedule: 9am to 3pm flexible shift (20hrs per week or 80-90hrs/month start and end time)

Mon-Wed but will depend on the volume of work

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Must have broker support experience preferably in Loan and Mortgage industry 2--3 years of experience
  • Will be client facing for calls only.
  • Head broker will intro his/her to clients for chasing any info or paperwork.
  • Data entry.

Nice to have:

  • Sales Tracker - CRM (training will be provided as long as candidate has similar CRM experience)
  • Cert IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Preferred but not essential).

What will you do?

  • Exceed client expectations by delivering a seamless loan application experience.
  • Collect, organise, and submit loan applications while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
  • Liaise with lenders to facilitate timely assessments and influence processing timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and proactively addressing documentation needs.
  • Communicate with professionals such as conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, and valuers to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Manage client data within CRM systems and navigate the loan portal 'Apply Online' for application submissions.
  • Verify documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Conduct basic income calculations, assist with loan sign-ups, and support borrower appraisals.
