Standards & Data Services Specialist

Faria Education Group is looking for a full-time Data Service Specialist to help support our customer data service projects. Your role will be to support the Services Team by aiding in services projects and project managing large-scale Curriculum Migration projects. As your experience in the role increases, so will your project management responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

• Project Manage and participate in client services projects including data integrations and SaaS customizations within Faria Education products.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Support, Deployment, Implementation, and Sales) to improve the entire customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve unique client situations through tailored and creative solutions.
• Work closely in a team environment to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
• Manage and re-prioritize deadlines to accommodate client needs and expectations.
• Provide timely and accurate curriculum migration quotes for sales.
• Work across teams to contribute to the overall mission of Faria Education Group to contribute to innovation of our products, and further our relationships with our client schools.

Requirements

Education / Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Educational settings is preferred but not required. As Faria sits at the confluence of education and SaaS, experience within either of these industries is a plus.
