Job Role: Virtual Assistant/Graphic Designer/Golf Trip Planner 

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australia) 

Salary range: $1300-$1800 AUD / Monthly

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities: 

    • Responsible in graphic designing and improving branding 
    • Take charge of the company’s social media management 
    • Email management booking requests - action them and categorise them and keep them moving. 60 to 80 emails, 50 are actionable
    • Other adhoc administrative tasks 
    • Customer-focused mentality with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
    • Expert graphic design skills with the ability to improve branding and create social media content
    • VA ability with event management skills if possible

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in virtual assistance and in graphic design 
    • Has a background in social media management 
    • Knows Monday.com or any relevant CRM tool 
    • Golf knowledge and passionate about golf 
    • Good communications skills both written and oral
    • Pleasing personality and can work with minimal supervision
    • A go-getter, solution-focused and results-driven 
    • Strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
