In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients in the aviation sector. Your expertise will help customers navigate their inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with queries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and general travel information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
  • Stay updated on aviation policies, travel regulations, and product offerings to inform and assist customers.
  • Contribute to team goals and service improvements through collaboration and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for the aviation industry and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in customer support or within the aviation sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to live and work in Greece.
