Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support processes.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company’s values in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proactive and positive approach with a desire to help others.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
