Responsibilities
  • Offer excellent customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to provide effective assistance.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service practices and share insights for improvement.
  • Engage in regular training and development sessions to refine your skills.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to immerse in a new cultural experience in Greece.
