Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.

  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve client engagement.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and market trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about the sales process.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural setting.
