Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Slovak-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s diverse range of products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to escalate complex problems.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
