  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
