Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate products and services to drive sales.
  • Manage customer orders and inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Document customer interactions and track sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Remain informed about product details, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills in customer service and sales.

Requirements
