  • Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing top-notch customer support and assistance.
  • Promote and sell cruise packages, meeting sales targets while developing strong client relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about cruise itineraries and services.
  • Keep abreast of the latest cruise offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Record customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system for improved service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine sales techniques and increase product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; English proficiency is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly within the travel industry, is a plus.
