Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide information about available services, promotions, and support options.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customers’ experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
