Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Czech speaking Technical Support Customer Representative to join our client’s remote team in Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with technical inquiries related to a range of products and services. Your ability to effectively convey complex technical information in a straightforward manner will greatly enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions offered in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide product information, educational resources, and guidance to customers to improve their overall experience.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of support documentation and FAQs to enhance customer resources.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in a remote setting.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as necessary, including possible evenings and weekends.
