Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.
  • Accurately document all support tickets, including issues and resolutions, in the ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and find solutions for complex technical issues.
  • Educate clients on best practices and provide guidance to enhance their user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote workplace as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Experience in technology or related sectors is an advantage.
