Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience throughout every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and address complex issues, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on airline policies, procedures, and offers to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve your skills and knowledge of the airline industry and customer service techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and proficient English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline sector, is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of connecting with customers of diverse backgrounds with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing stress effectively.

  • A general interest in travel and familiarity with the airline industry is beneficial, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
