Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a motivated French Speaking Technical Customer Support professional to join our team in a fully remote position based in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to French-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service regarding their telecommunication needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding technical support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve diverse technical issues related to telecommunications products.
Record detailed documentation of customer interactions and outcomes within our CRM system.
Guide customers through technical processes and provide educational support for product use.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and enhance service delivery.
Stay updated with new technologies and market advancements in the telecommunications industry.

Requirements

Fluency in French (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
