Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a skilled French-speaking Technical Support Representative to join our remote team based in Greece. In this role, you will assist French-speaking customers with their technical inquiries, ensuring they receive the expert guidance they need.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve a range of technical issues related to company products and services.
  • Educate customers on product features and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices in technical support.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
