Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to announce a new opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to work remotely in Greece. We are looking for friendly and dedicated individuals who are fluent in German and have a passion for helping customers. In this role, you will connect with German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring that they receive the outstanding support they expect.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, and account services in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system to ensure accurate follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service processes.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
