Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via telephone, email, and chat regarding air conditioning products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical questions professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting issues they may encounter.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system to enhance service quality and assist in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues and share customer feedback for service enhancements.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
  • Promote customer loyalty through exceptional service and proactive communication.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in technical support or product-related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Interest in air conditioning products and commitment to providing high-quality customer assistance.
